This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 4th International Conference on Electronic Government, EGOV 2005, held in Copenhagen, Denmark in August 2005.
The 30 revised papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from numerous submissions and assess the state of the art in e-government/e-governance and provide guidance for research, development and application of this emerging field.
