Zacharias is definitely educated, extremely eloquent, and scripted like a Hollywood b-movie. His basic flaw lies in that he is not helping the poor, oppressed, and neglected, something Jesus would do... instead he is trying to prove as fact something that many of us know to be myth, and that the rest suspect may very well be.
Zacharias was a Christian and Missionary Alliance preacher, that was before he discovered he could sell thousands of books, whereby he then set-off on a lucrative ministry outside the confines of corporate, organized religion. Additionally, he regularly speaks to college-age crowds, and because they are usually searching for a worldview, and via his proselytizing, he manages to bring fresh new educated converts into the Galilean's fold. One of the more entertaining defenses of his faith were the pseudo-debates he held at Georgia Tech. He claims to have actually logically "proved" the existence of the Christian god in a debate with a group of engineers... yes, engineers.
As for this title, Zacharias is again seeking to undermine paths that millions have found to be comforting, and he tries to undermine them with another that excludes everyone except its own fundamentalist Christian believer. Maybe it's time for Zacharias to relax and enjoy his multi-million dollar Dunwoody home, grandchildren, and his income streams from the dribble he's seen fit to pen over the decades. He should allow some new Christians to profit from the fear and intolerance they love to promulgate. Maybe it's time for old Ravi to share the wealth.
