I cant say enough about this book. Its got it all. I thought I was a pretty savvy mama when it came to stretching the dollar to feed my family but all that was thrown out the door when I switched to a vegan lifestyle. I thought no meal was complete without *expesive* faux meat. The meat alternatives alone were draining the food budget :( . All the information at the beginning of the book is soooooo useful. The Wheatballs are "amazing" (my meat loving husband says) and there are several recipies they are used in - in this book, super fast and easy to make. My littles (ages 5 and 3) also love making them. I recomend this book for anyone thinking of a vegan diet and for anyone who is just interested on how to save money in the kitchen.
