I live in Mexico, and a friend of mine had severe heart failure. He went to the Arizona Heart Hospital, where he was told to get his affairs in order. I lent him this book, he followed the advice for heart failure, and recovered. The edema went away. The shortness of breath went away. And he is back at work, and getting married.
