It's a good book on the merits, please don't mistake, and it was highly recommended by a friend who was visiting from London. It's not available in bookstores, being a British publication. I thus should fairly expect to pay more than the cover price, which turned out to be 8.99 British pounds (which converts to $13.64). But I was charged $38.40 -- almost three times the cover price, for a paperback! Sigh. These guys should be selling season tickets behind home plate at Yankee Stadium, not books. Caveat emptor.
