I agree with the other reviewers who have given this book high marks. Vinegar Into Honey is a small book but packs a big punch, constructively and positively (as anger, too, can be expressed if accompanied with awareness). As soon as I finished reading it, I started RE-reading it. It's a short book, but there are many levels of insight one can gain from Leifer's book from the personal to the community to political nations. I have read many wonderful books on Buddhism, but the specific issue of anger and all its disguises assessed from a Buddhist perspective is especially helpful and relevant.
