Amazon removed all color from the e-edition, although it misleadingly shows color in the preview of the book.
Yes, I know, you cannot see color on the kindle, but you can see color using the kindle reader in iphone, ipad and PC.
The value of the ebook is diminished greatly. Shame!
I gave four stars because I do not want to punish the excellent content and pictures.
It is zero stars for the e edition.
