Lyla Yastion has both the years of experience and, fortunately for those starting out on the quest, the ability to serve those who are seeking an authentic tradition. Because of its length and ample resources, Pause Now will serve as both immediate instruction and resource for later reference. I might have said at first reading that the many references were intrusive, but as I read further I was grateful for the depth and guidance from these many voices. As a writer and long-time seeker I found this book an excellent guide, many times worth the investment.
