Because of its length and ample resources, Pause Now will serve as both immediate instruction and resource for later reference. I might have said at first reading that the many references were intrusive, but as I read further I was grateful for the depth and guidance from these many voices. As a writer and long-time seeker I found this book an excellent guide, many times worth the investment.
