The solution manual is fine - not inherently valuable but nonetheless required for my course. However, be wary that the edition you get may be an 'e-book'. The seller will mention the item's condition (soft cover, hard cover, or e-book) in their transaction notes before you purchase, however just be sure you read that so you aren't surprised with something you are not expecting. This is not saying that every seller on this page is offering an e-book, simply that some are, so know which you are buying.
