Many of the chapters are very good, and together cover the whole spectrum of exact and heuristic approaches for solving Vehicle Routing Problems. My one disappointment with the book is that, in some cases, details were left out that would have been nice for a beginner trying to learn the topic for the first time (though, to be fair, the very complete chapter specific citation lists do lead you to the original papers where more of the details can be found).
