If you are into building scale model muscle cars, American Iron from the mid-late 1960's through the early 1970's then this book is for you. Detailed text and photos of build-ups of many iconic Muscle Cars including the Yenko Camaro, Oldsmobile 442 W-30, 1970 Chevy Monte Carlo SS454, and many others. Also includes are tips and techniques that are useful for any scale model builder. Although some of the parts information is dated, the skills, ideas, and techniques taught in the book are timeless. There is also an excellent section giving a quick reference on engine wiring for the major American V8's of the time. That reference alone is almost worth the price of the book.

If you only could purchase one primer on serious muscle car modeling, this should be your choice.
