T'Ai Chi for Seniors: How to Gain Flexibility, Strength, and Inner Peace
Philip Bonifonte
Holy crap, I got through half the book of overexplaination before I even found one exercse. I'm 64, in so-so health, and thought I'd die of old age before I found something useful. The book is helpful, but for an old fart like me there is far too much talk in the beginning. Don't explain so much. Just get into some helpful stretching exercise we can do while we read further. Someone my age really dosen't care about the history as much as the helpful exercises. Trim it down to exercises and leave out your knowledge of the history. I wasn't impressed. Thom
