This book serves as a quick introduction to lots of important topics. The writing is clear, with many relevant issues raised, and commented on intelligently. The author does not go into depth, however, with topics usually getting two to four pages. As I said in the title, don't spend a lot of money on this; also, other books may address the same issues (for non-experts) but in more depth.
