A collection of the lectures presented at a workshop entitled 'Vortex Structure and Dynamics,' held in Rouen, France, April 27-28, 1999. The aim of the workshop was to gather researchers and experimentalists in this area to present the state of the art and collect the most recent contributions in this field.
