The PMP Exam Prep text is written in a no nonsense fashion with the goal of passing the certification exam. To better serve the varied users of this text, the glossary definitions need to include easier to understand definitions. This may appear to the seasoned PM to be unnecessary but to the novice it would help with understanding.

We found it helpful to utilize another author's text in conjunction with this one to provide easier to understand definitions and easier to follow examples.

The PMP Exam Prep text is an excellent resource for those practicing Project Managers who wish to pass the PMP certifiction exam on the first try.
