Trend Forecasting with Technical Analysis: Unleashing the Hidden Power of Intermarket Analysis to Beat the Market (Trade Secrets Series)
Louis B. Mendelsohn
After having read the book and used the Vantagepoint software I have found that it does not do what it says it will do. It is not 80% accurate but more to the order of being 80% wrong. This even working with the Vantagepoint people that are suppose to know what they are doing. Contrary what the book says about it being a leading indictor it still lags behind price (FYI, there will never ever be an indicator that will lead price because they all rely on past price for their calculations, even if it is for 1 second). Vantagepoint just tries to predict the future and again it is wrong most of the time. As for the intermarket connect, as anyone that has ever traded does see that market groups will do closely the same thing and a group, bonds, will do the opposite of another group, S&P 500, over the long haul. But if you try to trade it on a short term basis say a intraday or day, you will wish you hadn't took the other group into account. In short, Vantagepoint did not work it was a waste of time and money, save yourself the trouble and don't buy the books or the software.
