The aim of this handbook is to provide the non-specialist with advice on how to set about the problem of commissioning either a new plant or a modification. A new chapter deals with avoiding problems during commissioning - including: lack of attention to details, particularly to the analysis of data obtained during commissioning; lack of control of sub-contractors.
