ntroduces the modeling, analysis, and simulation of mobile fading channels for wireless communications, with an emphasis on deterministic processes as the basis for efficient channel simulators. The author describes the derivation and analysis of stochastic channel models and the development of highly precise channel simulators for various classes of frequency-selective and frequency-nonselective mobile radio channels. The fitting of the statistical properties of the designed channel models to the statistics of real-world channels is also addressed.
