This glossary is designed lo help ihe reader with the terminology of molecular biology. Each year, the glossary will be expanded to include new terms introduced in the Education Program. The basic terminology of molecular biology is also included. The glossary is divided into several general sections. A cross-reference guide is included to direct readers to the terms thev are interested in. The hope is that this addition to the Education Program will further the understanding of those who are less familiar with the discipline of molecular biology.
